the room was spacious and bright with comfortable beds. housekeepers were courteous and efficient. transportation was easy with shuttles to the station and easy access for cabs and uber. i appreciated the convenient location near the bus stop for airport transfers saving time and money.
the hot water in the sink didn't work and fresh towels were missing when i arrived. a plumber was sent late at night to fix the tap, disturbing my rest. this felt inconvenient after a long day of travel.

the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest mtr station, operating until the evening. the hotel features beautiful frescoes and dainty garden ornaments, ideal spots for photo opportunities. i noted a restaurant available with good value for money and tasty food.

i found the room surprisingly spacious. the sea view was a calming presence each morning (i could watch the boats). the hotel shuttle service to the mtr station made getting around easier.

Staff responded to my queries quickly and a shuttle bus took guests to the MTR lines
The room air conditioner did not work well and the room could not get warmer even though it was cold outside. The room also had a smoke smell which was unpleasant. The kitchenette had no utensils or appliances except for the kettle and a small fridge and the range hood did not work at all.
